Spring 2010
The fourth edition of the President's Conference Series was presented in association with the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ). This year marks the start of a five-year collaboration and partnership of Concordia University with the Bibliothèque, titled The City is the World: Montreal Through the Eyes of Concordia.
The media production team lab six and a half participated in the setting up of the exhibition which showcased interactive multimedia installations from different artists and included the 'recherche-création @ concordia' project, which is an experiment in new ways to represent researchers-creators at Concordia University.

Spring 2010
Over 8 days delegates from Canada and around the world gathered at Concordia University in Montréal for the Humanities and Social Sciences Congress 2010 to share ideas, explore new research areas and advance knowledge in a rich spectrum of humanities and social sciences disciplines.
The media production team lab six and a half participated in the setting up of 'espace recherche', which was a series of installations on 3 floors of Concordia's MB building. Tickertext allowed people to input their texts that were then broadcast in the MB ticker. Thinkbox showcased several interactive projects and talks. And the clouddeck was the main space where the first prototype of the research@concordia project was presented.
